Terms of Service (TOS)

Feral Animals including fantasy creatures and closed species (cartoon or semi-realistic).

Furry Art (anthropomorphic).

Fandom Characters.

Transformation Art (TFs) - all kinds. This includes AR, Plush, Pool Toys, TF TG, etc.

Character Design Work - single images + reference sheets.

NSFW - Human, Anthro, or Feral. All characters must be adult age/ mature.

Idea.

Number of characters.

Character references.

Any supporting material such as poses or clothing references.

If its for a TF please include the TF % for each stage, emotions, and any specifics you want for the TF.

By commissioning me you acknowledge you are at least 18+ (that includes SWF and NSFW art). Minors are welcome to enter my giveaways but their prize art must be SFW.

Any NSFW art must be of characters that are adults + have adult like features.

Prices listed are base prices. If your character is detailed (complex attire or complex design) there will be an additional cost anywhere from $10-$30.

Any additional charges or discounts are at my discretion and will be discussed if we work together.

All commissions and any giveaway art I create are for personal use only; not commercial.

The client is allotted a total of four edited rough sketches and three edited clean sketch. Outside of these listed revision additional fees will be added to the price at a rate of $10 per additional edit.

Any changes request once line work has started will have a $15 fee per change requested. This includes any information provided late into the commission and wasn't in the original commission description.

By paying the invoice you confirm you have approved the clean sketch and have given me permission to start the line work.

I do not use AI in my artwork and I will not be accepting AI generated character references. This includes characters you generated yourself or bought as an adopt.

My art is not to be used in any AI training or generation, commission or otherwise.

You may re-upload any art you get from me anywhere you like as long as your credit and link back to any of my socials.

You are responsible for saving your art files from me whether they be sketches or commissions. I will only be responsible for your files 2 weeks after completion.

If you wish for me to work on a sketch you previously received (a sketch upgrade commission) you must provide me with that sketch png, reference images, and include any additional details regarding the sketch.

If you get a sketch commission from me you are welcome to colour it yourself or have another artist colour it for you.

A character reference sheet or image must be provided. If you do not have one you run the risk of your commission not being what you wanted. I will go off a written description and visual aids, and interpret the character to the best of my ability. The client waves the right to make edits regarding the character's visual design in this case. If you would like to work with me on character design I offer custom character commissions.

I offer private commissions at no additional charge. Your commission will not be upload online. However, I reserve the right to re-sell your commission idea as a YCH (Your Character Here) or use for my personal art. Any trace of your characters will be removed in this case.

If you DM for a price quote I will to honor it up to 3 month after it was first received. At any later date I reserve the right to change the price due to increased rates, or private circumstances.

Please view my DA or FA gallery to see my art style. I will stick to your character ref sheet as best as I can, but my art is of course my own style/ vision.

I will edit my TOS and prices as needed.

July and December are blackout months for me. This means I do not work commissions during this time.

When commissioning, the client will be held responsible to all items in the Terms of Service whether the client has taken the time to read them or not.

My personal life comes before my art. I have a family, pets, and a job; I love drawing but its only a small hobby of mine. Due to this I don't have set deadlines for my commissions. I will update clients and alert them of any delays and clients are always welcome to check in!

Rough Sketch (1-4 edits): this is to establish pose/ mood/ flow of the image. Messy and lacks details. This is the stage you should ask for major revisions such as pose, gesture, clothing, adjustments, or expression . Please be clear and concise when asking for a change.

Clean Sketch (1-3 edits): a refined sketch that will show you how your commission will look. If you are getting a coloured commission details such as fur markings, tattoos, small accessories, small details, scars, etc. will be left out of the sketch and will be completed when I colour. If I miss any of the above while colouring there will be no charge for fixing my own oversight.

Lines: Clean lines of your commission. The client may request the lines to be left black, coloured, or a combination.

Final Image: once your commission has been colour/ shaded I will send you the final image. It will include my signature. All commissions come with a simple colour or patterned background. A transparent versions of your commission is available upon request!
